What are the functions of flat ejector pins?

Flat ejector pins are mainly used in plastic injection mould, and they are the ordinary components in injection mould. However, many people don’t know clearly about the flat ejector pins. Now, PMP will tell you in three aspects:

(1) Flat ejector pins can separate the plastic products from injection mould

(2) Flat ejector pins made from carbide steel can be used to plug through out a long and small holes

(3) Another flat ejector pins assembled on cutting machines or grinding machines can be used to support the parts’ head forming a tapered shape, but they are not same as the ordinary ejector pins in injection mould.
