A1: If standard parts, please just write down the standard code and send message to us by Inquiry.

If non-standard parts, please offer your product's drawing with detailed information, such as, material, tolerance, quantity and other special requirements.

Q2: Can you offer OEM services?

A2: Sure, we can offer OEM & ODM services and make custom parts according to your specific drawing or riginal sample.

Q3: How about your sample policy?

A3: As for standard parts in stock, we can offer samples for free, but shipping cost should be paid by yourself.

As for non-standard parts, you should pay for making samples and shipping cost firstly and get refund once your mass order placed.

Q4: What's your company's quality control policy?

A4: We adopt strict quality control measures from IQC, IPQC to FQC. All products must be adopted 100% full inspection before shipment.

Q5: What's your products return policy?

A5: We can offer seven-day return policy or re-making on condition that you provide us with enough measuring report and other proofs related to quality. If you don't put forward quality problems within 7 days after receiving the goods, we will take it as acceptable qualified products and won't undertake the subsequent responsibilities occurred in your company.

Q6: How long is your delivery time?

A6: Generally speaking, 1-3 days for standard parts in stock and 5-10 days for custom products which also depends on the order quantity and product's complexities.
