Mold industry need secondary Innovation

China mold industry has obtained certain achievement, but its base is not solid, which is mainly reflected in China's mold production industry. Although Chinese mold industry is a rising industry, but it still need take a very long period of time for development to constantly improve itself. In order to get forward momentum, China mold industry need constant technological innovation and management reform.

On the one hand China's mold industry need to vigorously carry out research, on the other hand, China's mold industry need to learn  from foreign advanced mold production technology, digestion and absorption of  previous technology . The second innovation is best so that the new technology will be instead of the old technology

China's mold industry also requires continuous management reform. This radical reform in the management will break all kinds of unreasonable management factors in China mold industry. We also need to introduce advanced management methods and management personnel, training management personnel, and eventually eradicate the ills of management in China's mold industry for improving international competitiveness.
